Raspberry & White Chocolate Brownie

Description

Raspberry and white chocolate are a winning combination in this brownie. Chunks of Belgian white chocolate are spread generously within the brownie mix. Spoonfuls of raspberry coulis are placed over the white chocolate chunks and then covered with more brownie mix. Once baked, a drizzling of white chocolate is spread over the brownie and a sprinkling of freeze-dried raspberries added.
